My Sales Buddy helps field sales reps plan visits. This policy explains what we collect and your rights, including under the EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Brazil LGPD, Canada PIPEDA, Australia Privacy Act and similar laws.
To provide the service you signed up for (contract), and to keep it secure (legitimate interest). Location is used only with your permission (consent), which you can withdraw in your browser at any time.
You are responsible for having a lawful reason to store your customers' details (usually legitimate business interest). We process that data only on your instructions, as your processor.
We never sell your data and do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Data may be processed outside your country under standard contractual safeguards.
We only use storage that is strictly necessary: keeping you signed in and remembering your language. No consent banner is needed for these.
Until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting your account removes everything straight away.
You can access, correct, download, or delete your data, object to processing, and complain to your local data protection authority. Download or delete everything yourself on the Your data page, or email privacy@westbournetechnology.com. We reply within 30 days.
The app is for business use and not for anyone under 16.
Encrypted connections, encrypted storage, and strict access rules so each rep can see only their own data. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
