Using the app

• You must be 16 or older and use the app for business.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only enter customer data you are lawfully allowed to hold, and follow local marketing and anti-spam rules when contacting customers.
• Obey road and traffic laws. Never use the app while driving — routes and times are estimates only.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You can download or delete it at any time.

Tax and currency figures

Tax rates and exchange rates are provided as a guide. Check them before invoicing; you remain responsible for your tax filings.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
